Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing and reporting and financial analysis.
  • Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records.
  • Liaise with auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, bankers, regulatory authorities, etc
  • Involve in day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, payments, banking transactions, and other accounting & admin / HR work
  • Update & monitor cash flow, customer & supplier outstanding.
  • Bank reconciliation, employees claim & petty cash.
  • Ensure all filing systems are up-to-date and organized.
  • Budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
  • Craft appropriate job listings and assist in the recruitment process, ranging from job advertisement posting, interview with suitable candidates, on-boarding for new hires (when required).
  • Check that regulatory and ethical guidelines are followed when handling employee data.

Requirements:

  • Meticulous in treating all HR-related paperwork
  • Good working attitude, proactive, and a team player
  • Strong customer service orientation and positive energy
  • Clear and confident communicator and English speaker
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Spreadsheet, Powerpoint, and Word, and willing to learn new things
  • Preferred specializing in HRM, and administrative support with 1-2 years of working experience
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • High integrity
