Position : Project Manager (Software Development)
Salary : RM 5,500 – RM 7,500
Working Location : 8trium, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours : 10am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
Job Descriptions
· Work closely with sales and development teams to create project plans, including scope, requirements, proposals, timelines, and resource allocation.
· Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
· Lead and motivate the project management team (3 project executives) and other team members (UI/UX designers, developers, QA testers).
· Conduct weekly WIP meetings to provide guidance and direction, and resolve existing or potential blockers.
· Allocate resources efficiently and manage team workloads to ensure smooth project execution.
· Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, addressing issues proactively.
· Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the software meets specified requirements and standards.
· Maintain regular communication with clients, outsource parties, and internal teams to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
· Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects stay within financial limits and timelines.
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, job briefs, and change requests.
· Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery, meeting all project requirements and quality standards.
· Conduct project post-mortems and evaluate team performance for continuous improvement.
· Prepare comprehensive proposals for project RFPs/RFQs/tenders.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Development, Project Management, Account Management, or relevant disciplines.
· Solid experience with software development processes, methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
· Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with stakeholders from various backgrounds.
· Proficiency in management, negotiation, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
· Highly attentive to detail with the ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
· Good time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
