The Marketing Manager is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products or services. This role involves building and leading a dynamic marketing team, overseeing both online and offline marketing activities, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and brand image.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
2. Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a dynamic marketing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving marketing goals.
3. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
4. Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
5. Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including promotional materials, website content, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies for content creation.
6. Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
7. Offline Marketing:
- Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies, such as print advertising, direct mail, and events.
- Ensure a cohesive offline marketing approach that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
8. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Track expenses and report on budget utilization.
9. Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.
2. Experience:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Previous managerial or leadership experience.
3. Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
4. Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using data to make informed decisions.
5. Creativity:
- Innovative thinking and the ability to develop unique and compelling marketing campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
