Client Onboarding & Execution
- Involve in project internal kick-start meeting
- Revise or make adjustment if there’s any changes needed on the proposal
- Ensure client’s objective, budget, KPI & project duration are same with the proposal
- Ensure & update monthly budget file when there are new client onboard
- Attend in project external kick-start meeting with project team & clarify client’s KPI expectation
- Liaising with client for necessary page access & monthly product focus information

Inter-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments or project team to ensure clients’ project run smooth
- Coordinate & conduct briefing to production team on the content direction & ideation
- Monitor & ensure content produced by production team are in-line with the content direction
Reporting
- Practising to have weekly work-in-progress meeting with HOD & Media Team Lead
- Held monthly meeting with HOD & Media Team Lead to review project performance
- Provide insights

- Prepare monthly report for each client / brand as per the reporting timeline
- Arrange report review with project team to review the project performance & collect feedback from team
