  2. Revise or make adjustment if there’s any changes needed on the proposal
  3. Ensure client’s objective, budget, KPI & project duration are same with the proposal
  4. Ensure & update monthly budget file when there are new client onboard
  5. Attend in project external kick-start meeting with project team & clarify client’s KPI expectation
  6. Liaising with client for necessary page access & monthly product focus information
  7. Prepare content direction, ideation & media plan

  2. Held monthly meeting with HOD & Media Team Lead to review project performance
