Job Summary:
The Customer Service Support professional plays a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient support. Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and online communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 per month
