Responsibilities:

· Responsible for daily operational tasks for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.

· Ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures

· Handle day-to day inventory operation, reporting, filing, etc

· Performs administrative and division support activities.

· To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution.

· To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communication, E-commerce, Finance/Accountancy or any equivalent courses.

· Responsible, positive attitude and self-motivated

· Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
