Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive for Beauty & Health brand. This role is dedicated to managing customer interactions via social media platforms and online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) to ensure exceptional service and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty and health industry, possess strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the Beauty & Health industry.
- Experience managing customer interactions on social media platforms and online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about the beauty & health industry.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
