Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field (preferably with a background in medical lab operations).
- Strong leadership qualities, with a pleasant and approachable character.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and doctor relationships.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a high level of accuracy in managing tasks.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle complex customer service challenges.
- Previous experience in customer service, lab management, or a related field is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Customer Service Department, ensuring prompt and professional handling of all client and doctor inquiries.
- Coordinate and manage courier services, ensuring timely and accurate sample collection and delivery.
- Supervise and ensure the accuracy of lab test requisitions and requests, including the verification of pre-analytical processes.
- Lead a team in performing pre-analytical sample processing and ensure compliance with laboratory protocols.
- Monitor customer service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance service quality.
- Liaise with other departments, including laboratory personnel and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve client satisfaction and streamline operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
