Job Description:
Managing and coordinating site activities for interior design and build projects.
Ensuring that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, on time, and within budget, while also maintaining a positive and safe working environment on site.
Job Responsibilities:
Site Management:
Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively
Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
Monitor and report on project progress and any issues or concerns
Quality Control:
Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any quality issues or concerns
Implement quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Safety Management:
Ensure that all site activities are carried out in a safe and responsible manner
Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures
Conduct regular site safety inspections to identify and address any safety issues or concerns
Ensure that all site personnel have received appropriate training on site safety procedures
Team Management:
Manage and coordinate the work of site personnel, including contractors and suppliers
Develop and maintain effective relationships with site personnel, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure that all site personnel are aware of their roles and responsibilities
Communication:
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met
Provide regular project updates and progress reports to clients
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Problem-Solving:
Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project
Develop and implement solutions to problems or concerns as needed
Requirement:
1 year experience in Renovation Project.
Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
The ability to interpret layout drawing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Able to travel.
