Location based in Johor Premium Outlet

Responsibilities:

Stock Management i.e., stock count, stock replenishment.
Manage recruitment of floor staffs.
Maintain good working relationships with floor staffs in counters and floor managers and executives in department stores.
Calculate and compile the Full-Timers’ and Part-Timers’ Claims, Monthly Overtime and Commissions and update part-timer list before submitting to operation assistant in the office.
Compile and submit promoters petty cash claim, MC claim and Annual leave form to operation assistant in the office.
Compile and Submit promoters staff purchase to operation assistant in the office.
Manage counter reports.
Update and compile daily sell-through figures for local and outstation counters.
To assist the Sales & Operations Manager of the brand on the operational support to consignment counters to ensure a smooth running of day-to-day business.
Other ad hoc / day-to-day operations job.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM and secondary school qualification.
Prefer candidates with minimum of 3 years of working experience in fashion retail operations.
Knowledge and experience in the fashion industry will be an added advantage.
Have a pleasant personality and good communication skills in English.
Independent and strong organizational skills.
Be able to work flexible shifts including weekends & public holidays.
