Accounting & Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Focal Point for Internal Control and Authority of full stack accounting.
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  

Requirements and skills

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or relevant field
• Preferably ACCA or CPA/CMA
• Minimum 5 years work experience in similar capacity
• Knowledge & experience in ASolute Autocount application is preferred
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Solid experience with CRM and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Proven ability to manage and control a large team of subordinates
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Focused, Robust & Agile.
• Work location: Bukit Tinggi, Klang, Selangor.
• Willingness and ability to travel (when necessary)
  
  

Salary Package - RM7,999.00 to RM9,999.00
Work Days - Monday to Fridays (On-Site)
