JOB SCOPE:
· To process all customer requests/enquiries and issue SO/quotation accordingly.
· To build and maintain positive relationship with both existing and potential customers to ensure future sales.
· To work closely with production team to coordinate goods delivery and commercial documentations.
· To assist Technical Sales Manager and Executives in reaching out to customer leads through cold calling when required.
· To efficiently expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
· To achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
· To analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
· To coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
· To work closely with technical sales executives to carry out supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. · To keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
· To continuously improve through feedback.
· To follow up closely with all customers the results of samples testing and constantly update Sample Tracking Sheet (STS).
· To cooperate with production team to achieve the committed production lead time.
· To work closely with production to ensure the functionality and feasibility of Production Schedule System (PSS).
· To attend cash sales/local goods collection and customers enquiries at door.
· To identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
· To proactively evaluate the sales procedure and recommend any necessary changes.
· To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
SKILLS & REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum 2 years experience with good exposure to sales in a medium to large commercial organization, preferably familiar in a computerized environment.
- Self-driven individual and capable of working under a highly efficient environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Able to work independently without close supervision.
- Good communication, customer service & correspondence skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,669.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
