Salary Package: Monthly Basic + Attractive Commissions

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage relationships with top Affiliates and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive brand success.
Identify and partner with influencers that align with our target audience and marketing goals.
Negotiate exciting collaboration terms, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Coordinate impactful campaigns including product briefings, content creation, and performance tracking.
Analyze performance data to continually optimize campaign results.
Offer timely support and feedback to maintain strong relationships with Affiliates and KOLs.
Stay ahead of industry trends and expand your network of influencers and KOLs.
Collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure strategies align with our broader marketing vision.

What We’re Looking For:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Experience in Affiliate marketing, KOL management, or influencer marketing is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners seamlessly.
Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies.
Analytical skills to evaluate performance and improve results.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess a good command of BM, EN, and CN to communicate with CN Speaking KOL.
