FarmByte Sdn Bhd, a leading technological agrobusiness solution company, is expanding its digital capacity and actively looking for talents that could serve on a freelance basis for 1 year, in assisting to complete some of its major projects. The Job Description for the prospect Software Lifecycle Coordinator are as below;

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and stakeholders to coordinate software development activities.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning, development, testing, deployment, to maintenance and retirement.
  • Agile/Waterfall Process Management: Coordinate agile sprints or waterfall phases, depending on the chosen methodology, and monitor project delivery cycles. Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of the project’s lifecycle stages, ensuring all changes, updates, and decisions are properly recorded. Generate regular reports on project progress, risks, and issues for stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that project goals align with business needs. Communicate project status, delays, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery timelines or software quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and that testing is thorough before software deployment. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure proper test planning and defect resolution.
