Job Summary:

The Senior Project Management Executive will oversee and execute projects, with a particular focus on KRISA PRISA methodologies and government-related projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans that align with KRISA PRISA methodologies, detailing tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

Execute projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, quality standards, and budget constraints.

2. Government Project Management:

Lead and manage government-related projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Collaborate with government agencies and contractors to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to government bodies as required.

3. Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and vendors.

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or changes.

Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies in line with KRISA PRISA standards.

Monitor risk throughout the project and implement contingency plans when necessary.

5. Resource Management:

Coordinate project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure efficient project delivery.

Assign tasks to team members and track progress to ensure timely completion.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting project milestones, risks, and any deviations from the plan.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor/Master degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant project management certifications.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing government projects.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of KRISA PRISA methodologies and government project management standards.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or equivalent).

Familiarity with government procurement processes and compliance requirements.

Soft Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on projects with Malaysian government agencies.

Familiarity with other project management frameworks, such as Agile or Lean.

Background in IT or engineering-related projects is a plus.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
