Marketing Executive (Mandarin Speaker) - Bandar Utama

Job Description

• Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and message effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
• Craft messaging that resonates with target audiences and communicates the unique value proposition of our products/services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers.
• Campaign Performance Measurement
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications

• Preferred Mandarin Speaker
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a strategic capacity.
• Proven track record of successful campaign management and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
