Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multiple F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing similar business models, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence and foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of each outlet, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and local laws. Conduct regular audits and inspections.
- Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets. Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Uphold and enhance the company's reputation by maintaining high standards of customer service. Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing wastage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms and quality of products and services.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Identify and implement innovative practices to enhance operations and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the F&B industry, preferably managing multiple outlets.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
