Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multiple F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing similar business models, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence and foster a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of each outlet, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and local laws. Conduct regular audits and inspections.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets. Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Uphold and enhance the company's reputation by maintaining high standards of customer service. Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing wastage.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms and quality of products and services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Identify and implement innovative practices to enhance operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the F&B industry, preferably managing multiple outlets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
