JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for promotional activities to enhance the company's image/brand, while maintaining current responsibilities. Also, responsible for liaising with stakeholders, branch marketing personnel, and managing events and promotions for the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role involves implementing and overseeing marketing initiatives locally and internationally, including the distribution and development of materials, generating new business databases, and identifying opportunities. It also entails maintaining mailing databases, securing partnerships with Insurance Companies/TPAs/Referral Agents, and fostering relationships with existing clients through health initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting approved strategies, organizing events, conducting market research, monitoring competitors, evaluating campaigns, achieving targets, and managing budgets. Additionally, it involves supporting colleagues, maintaining confidentiality, and pursuing professional development through relevant literature and training programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years’ working in the healthcare setting in marketing/ marcom/ BD.
- Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- A self-starter, resourceful, and able to work beyond normal hours when necessary.
