Your role in HEINEKEN
This is a fixed-term contract role for a period of up to 24 months.
In your role as a Data Lead, you will work with the central data team and local D&T team to create the connection with the Data Migration Warehouse and support initial scoping of field and value mapping. You will be responsible for the initial data assessment which leads to the cleansing, clearing and enrichment plans, including impact assessment. With these assessments, you will lead all data related activities, ensuring all activities are completed in line with the project programme.
In this role, you will also:
- Drive value mapping activities together with the functional SME’s and ensure that the relevant stakeholders are involved in data assessments and workshops.
- Be responsible for leading the implementation of the new Data Governance (supported by C&C team).
- Operate as the “Go To” person on data for the OpCo, identifying and managing critical data issues and risks, together with developing recommendations for mitigating actions.
- Work closely with the central data team, regional data hub (where applicable) and local D&T team.
- Identify and oversees data clearing activities in close cooperation with the local Finance team.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Work experience of 5-8 years.
- Demonstrated experience in data management within a digital and technology environment, using Masterdata management tools.
- Familiarity with business process management would be useful, as would operational experience with IT systems.
- Good planning and organising skills, with an eye for detail.
- A team player, who works collaboratively and delivers through others.
- Comfortable working within a clearly defined framework and someone who follows the rules to deliver high quality results.
