Job Scope:

  • To Arrange install & service, reschedule, customer hold cases
  • To provide administrative support to daily office operations
  • To handle daily administrative duties such as , answering phone calls, responding to messages, and emails, scheduling appointments for customers and preparing the necessary documents.
  • To ensure proper document filing for all related files.
  • To maintain a good and respectful relationship and liaise with customers regarding related matters.
  • To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management & HOD.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a Diploma/Bachelor’ Degree in any related field.
  • Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia. and Mandarin (preferably).
  • Preferably those with experience in our field / related to this position, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Bitrix system ,Words, etc).
  • Good interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, and can work in a team as well as independently.
  • Able to start work immediately (training will be provided).
  • Punctual and Have a good attendance
  • Willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
