  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling asset related documents applications. i.e. insurance application, equipment certification application.
  • Responsible for preparing data maintenance for all work order to function normally.
  • Responsible for verifying the settlement data of each rental project and follow up settlement result.
  • Responsible for analyzing service data and generate weekly and monthly reports to identify deviations.
  • Responsible for compiling service team performance in accordance to the incentive and penalty structure.
  • Responsible for supporting improvement activities in warehouse and job sites. This includes improvement feedback and regular inspections.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years’ working experience in construction machinery industry.
  • Detail minded and strong sense of responsibility to achieve objectives.
  • Strong analytic skills and sensitive to numbers.
  • Fluent in English and local languages. Excellent communication skills to coordinate progress and decision in matrix organization.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Strong resilience to handle complicate situation and fast speed working environment.
  • Willing to travel on demand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
