Job Overview:
Support the Building Manager in daily operations, maintenance, and tenant management to ensure the building runs smoothly and meets safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
- Coordinate with service providers and contractors.
- Manage building security and access control.
- Address residents inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain strong working relationships with committee members
- Support in preparing monthly building reports.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of building activities.
- Assist with reports, notices, and correspondence.
- Supervise on-site staff, including maintenance and security personnel.
- Ensure staff follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist in developing and implementing emergency plans.
- Respond to emergencies and take appropriate action.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- at least 1 year of experience in property management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with building management processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in property management software.
