Job responsibility:

Manage NPI projects from concept to mass production, ensuring timelines are met.
Experienced in Project Management handling.
Familiar with 4M Report / tracking - Materials, Manpower, Machine, method.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing) to meet product and process goals.
Work closely with customers to understand design needs, resolve technical challenges, and ensure smooth project execution.
Review product specifications, BOMs, and technical drawings for manufacturability and compliance with internal standards.
Plan and manage pilot runs, production trials, and engineering change orders (ECO).
Identify risks and resolve production or design issues quickly to avoid delays.
Analyze pilot build feedback and implement corrective actions to improve product and process performance.
Monitor project progress, manage documentation, and provide status updates to stakeholders and management.
Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring project alignment and timely delivery.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering field
3-5 years of experience in NPI, program management, or project engineering in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
