Digital Designer (work from home FT or PT but close to KL area)

Synkd, is a leading MarTech platform.

Synkd allows customers to run cross channel campaigns, and help companies digitally transform. Synkd counts over 4500 premium publishers, Global advertisers and their agencies as customers.

We are looking to hire a Digital Creative Designer to join the team and to help shape the next level of user experience and content for platform.

The role requires someone with an amazing 'can do' approach and a sense of 'calm’ and ‘fun' during the busy times - of which there are many. Candidates must possess a proactive approach and not be shy with ensuring the job gets done.

We've recently closed our physical office and so this role is work from home or a co-working space (tbc).

Key Responsibilities:

- To work with Imagine clients to run digital Ad campaigns from mock up to execution

- To become a champion of Synkd's Creative Studio

- To constantly evaluate, review and refine Synkd’s platform user experience

· Create new design and content, including for social media

· Work closely with the development teams to deliver to deliver the UX

Desired Skills & Experience:

· Experience of UX concepts, including the customer walk throughs, task analysis, and the creation of personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flows and use cases

· Proficiency in working with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Axure, or any other visual design and wireframing tools

· A creative mind, with passion for the entire design process

· Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually

· Proven ability to follow a project through from the user research, into prototyping, and validating through user testing

· A proven track record of innovation, using technology creatively to solve business problems

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Experience in creating prototypes using HTML, CSS & Javascript (Preferable)

· Experience with creating infographics (Preferable)

• read and write mandarin: 1 year (Preferred)
• living or working outside of Malaysia: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
