We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic eCommerce Intern to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Role Overview

The eCommerce Intern will play a vital role in supporting our online sales growth and enhancing our customer experience. This multifaceted position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, marketing, order fulfillment, and product development. You will work closely with our team to manage our Shopify store, engage with specific markets through targeted marketing strategies, and assist in production and order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and optimizing our Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow our presence in specific markets, focusing on digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
• Each intern will be overseeing the marketing efforts for various different markets. E.g. Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, US, UK, Australia
• Oversee order processing, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Work to improve the customer unboxing experience, incorporating creative packaging ideas and personalized touches.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product ideas and enhancements to existing offerings.
• Assist in the production process, including making candles, quality control, and overseeing production timelines.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
• Strong interest in eCommerce, marketing, and product development.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Shopify and digital marketing tools is a plus.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
