Human Resources & Administration Executive
Job Description:
· To manage and oversee all administration in the office.
· To handle phone line, company asset provided by company to staffs.
· To provide administrative support for the maintenance of the telephone, communication and computing system.
· To maintain a proper filing system and to receive, monitor and track documents to ensure proper handling and distribution.
· To obtain and place order the inventory for office supplies, stationery, equipment and services for in house consumption.
· To analyze and recommend effective human resources processes.
· To assist in update and maintains accurate and up-to-date human resources file, records and documentation.
· To answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees related to standard policies, benefits, hiring process, etc.
· To perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
· To conduct or assist with new hire orientation.
· To assist in organizing corporate events/staff events such as Company’s annual dinner, or any staff events.
· Any other relevant duties and responsibilities assign by the Management from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as Human Resources Executive, preferable in property development industry or consultancy firm.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel.
- Works well self-initiative, resourceful and multi-tasking.
- Highly discipline and good working ethics.
- Full-Time position available.
