JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Plant Facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency (i.e. Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, AHU, Compressor, N2 Generator, Plumbing Systems, Building Infrastructure etc.).
  • Ensure the integrity and safety of the building infrastructure, including structural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all facility systems to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities as well as generate reports on system performance and maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance, repairs, and projects; negotiate contracts and monitor performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Machine Maintenance or equivalent.
  • Have more than 5 years of experience in Facility Management in Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiar with safety regulations and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
