Job Description:

  • Assist in preparing Sales Orders and Job Orders, manage and track sales orders, and ensure that customers receive timely updates and deliveries.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective responses to resolve any issues and ensure a positive experience.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and marketing teams to align on timelines, customization details, and quality standards, coordinating scheduling and logistics to facilitate on-time order preparation and delivery.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer concerns to maintain a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the sales team with follow-ups and support to help them achieve their sales targets and goals.

Job Requirement:

  • At least Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or any related courses
  • At least 2-3 years working experience as a Sales Coordinator
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SQL, CRM or ERP system experience is a plus
  • Highly organized, with an ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive orders

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
