  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Serai Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Gelato Scooper cum Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our gelato shop. If you have a passion for gelato and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude.
  • Scoop and serve gelato in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide accurate change.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gelato display and shop area.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide information about flavors and assist customers in making selections.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
