Responsibilities:
1. To purchase the material requested by other departments/ outlets from suppliers at the best price and right material on-time delivery.
2. To assist in sourcing for materials, and liaising with suppliers in inquiry and negotiation
3. To maintain a proper filing system on purchasing databases and documents.
4. To undertake any other related jobs directed by the Management from time to time.
5. Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
6. Preparing or editing purchase orders from various departments/ outlets.
7. Checking if there is enough stock in the inventory to meet the requirement.
8. Maintaining a filing system in the purchasing department and updating appropriate records.
9. Assist with any other tasks as and when assigned.
10. Interacting with suppliers in case of delay in delivery of supplies, receipt of the damaged or incorrect quantity of goods.

Pay: RM2,100.00 per month
