Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Thai dishes, incorporating Asian fusion elements, according to Serai Restaurant’s standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new fusion recipes that highlight Thai flavors.
• Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and consistently meet quality standards.
• Manage inventory and stock levels for Thai and fusion ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and adhere to hygiene regulations.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on Thai cooking techniques and fusion concepts.
• Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Thai cuisine and understanding of Asian fusion cooking.
• Fresh graduate are welcome, must willing to learn
• Knowledge of Thai herbs, spices, and traditional cooking methods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Creativity and willingness to experiment with flavors and presentations.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
