  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT (software & hardware) technical support
  • Technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, networks, servers, and software
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential in this role

Job Scope :

1. To Conduct daily operations & maintenance for ICT services according to SOP.

2. Provide support to users/customer and staff in the use of ICT services.

3. To troubleshoot hardware and software problems and resolve as appropriate.

4. To do installation and configuration of equipment and related items to ICT services.

5. To assist in maintaining, monitoring and support of all ICT services.

6. To follow company guidelines and procedures.

7. To assist in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly report.

8. To perform other task as and when required by the Company.

9. To maintain a safe and secure work environment.

10. Report to Supervisor or Engineer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
