To receive inbound calls on customer enquiries in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
To advise customers on the export / import requirements to the respective destination.
To escalate any shipments that require special handling.
To be able to articulate issues / request that is brought up by the customer.
To update status of issues on CRM.
To do other tasks as advised by Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM in any studies.
- With related working experiences will be added advantage.
- Willing to learn.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin languages.
- Willing to work on shift working hours.
- Typing Speed > 50 WPM.
- FRESH GRADUATE are encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
