Job Overview:The Admin Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. This role is essential for maintaining organization and facilitating communication across various marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
· Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accurate contact information and segmentation.
· Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, and social media content.
· Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up communications.
· Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
· Support social media management by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
· Assist in market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
· Maintain inventory of marketing materials and supplies.
· Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new marketing ideas and strategies.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in administrative support or marketing roles.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
