- Liaise with customer on their shipment needs and attend to customer inquiries.
- Open job folders, prepare shipping documents e.g. Consignment Note, D/O, Shipping Note, S.I., Manifest.
- Prepare shipping notes and delivery order for cargo sending to warehouse / port.
- Assist in advise and confirm to customer cargoes on board date and estimate arrival date
- Send timely Prealert for shipments handled.
- Ensure Delivery order from own drivers or 3rd party are returned timely and enclosed into job folder.
- Checking job folders to ensure all charges accurately captured into the system.
- Prepares accurate invoices to customers, sorting and send to customer on timely manner.
- Issue and confirm transaction in UFS system and close job on timely manner.
Requirement:
- Possess mimimunly Diploma in any field.
- Relevant Freight Forwarding Customer Services or Shipping working experience.
- On-Job Training will be provided.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and speaking
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work 5.5 work days per week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
