Job Responsibilities
· Support recruitment process of foreign workers, local workers and contract documentation, attendance and leave balances for Group payroll and reporting function
· Handle liaison with recruitment agencies to facilitate renewal of permits, working passes, visas and other matters relating to MOHR, MOHA and FWCMS
· Handle medical and employment benefits requests from local employees and foreign workers, and periodically support Manager in processing month end payroll and year end EA and BIK reporting, disbursements and statutory payment matters.
· Support Manager in the handling and answering of corporate affairs and inquiries, and conduct research and provide periodic updates to HR Department on relevant new policies issued by MOHR or the immigration department
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance from a recognized institution
· Minimum two (2) years experience in the Human Resources department or similar capacity is required. Fresh graduates with demonstrated proficiency in dealing with HR policies are also encouraged to apply
· Proficient/Able to write and converse in fluent Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products. Prior experience in supporting business information systems transformations/ISO applications & audits is an added advantage.
· Possesses own transportation and are willing to be based in our head office in Ipoh, Perak

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
