TREASURY-Sr.ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall financial and accounting function of the Company.
• Verify daily accounting transactions against postings made into the system ( SQL).
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions including credit term policy, aging monitoring, provision and etc.
• Monitor and analyse Cash-flows.
• Responsible for submission of monthly closing accounts on timely manner.
• Responsible for annual audit and tax matters.
• Liaise with banks, Company secretaries, tax agent, external auditor, government authorities, and professional advisors on Company related matters.
• Manage spending and ensure in line with corporate budget.
• Ensure the company’s operating activities are strictly complied with applicable laws, regulation accreditation standards and company business ethical standards.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting policies, procedures and methods
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when requested.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy
• Min. 3 years' working experience in manufacturing field
• Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated, multi-tasking & can work under pressure.
• MIA member is a MUST or any recognized professional accountant (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MIA)
• Can start work at short notice period of time
• Must be good with Excel Spreadsheet (Advanced)
• Matured and meticulous at work
• *Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients/staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
