Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the education programs, aligning with the institution’s objectives and advancing a culture of academic excellence and innovation.
- Lead the creation of a new PhD program with a focus on cutting-edge educational practices, ensuring the curriculum meets both academic and industry standards.
Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance
- Oversee the design and implementation of innovative curricula that integrate modern educational practices, including instructional design and e-learning methods.
- Ensure compliance with national and international quality assurance standards, maintaining rigorous academic standards across all programs.
Educational Technology and Instructional Design
- Champion educational technology integration within curricula, supporting e-learning, online teaching, and technology-driven instructional strategies.
- Develop and implement best practices in instructional design, ensuring programs meet diverse learning needs and are aligned with current educational advancements.
Data Analysis and Program Evaluation
- Utilize data analytics to assess program effectiveness, employing data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.
- Implement evaluation processes to monitor educational outcomes and enhance program quality based on student and market feedback.
Marketing and Business Development
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote the institution’s education programs, targeting increased visibility and enrollment in line with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital campaigns, and outreach initiatives to attract students and external partners.
- Engage in community outreach and industry engagement, representing the institution at education fairs, open days, and other marketing events.
- Drive business development initiatives by establishing partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and industry stakeholders to enhance program offerings and secure external funding.
Faculty Development and Support
- Lead faculty recruitment, mentorship, and professional development, ensuring educators are equipped to deliver high-quality instruction and curriculum aligned with program objectives.
- Encourage faculty participation in research and professional development relevant to educational technology, instructional design, and leadership.
Collaboration and Community Engagement
- Build partnerships with educational and industry organizations to promote program relevance, enhance student experiences, and expand institutional reach.
- Collaborate with other departments to support interdisciplinary initiatives that enhance the student learning environment.
RequirementsEducation
- Doctorate in Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Technology, or a related field (PhD preferred).
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in higher education, particularly in program development, marketing, and business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and marketing academic programs, including familiarity with educational technology and leadership.
Skills and Competencies
- Proven leadership and organizational skills, capable of leading diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- In-depth knowledge of trends in educational marketing, curriculum development, and data analysis for program evaluation.
- Strong marketing and business development acumen, with experience creating and executing strategic marketing plans.
Other Requirements
- Familiarity with national and international accreditation standards and quality assurance processes in higher education.
- Ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships with industry and educational stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on educational trends.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
