Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment and Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive employee experience through effective employee relations strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize MyFutureJobs platform for sourcing candidates effectively.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance with PERKESO clearance processes for expert staff recruitment.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and provide support during disciplinary actions.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.

Administration:

  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and records related to recruitment and employee relations.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate HR environment.
  • Familiarity with MyFutureJobs and PERKESO clearance processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
