  • Organize and execute for all sports events and programs, set up competition leagues, and manage registrations process.
  • Establish event schedules and identify necessary resources required for execution.
  • Collaborate with established influencers for collaboration on sports/recreation events.
  • To assist superior to negotiate agreements with vendors and sponsors as needed.
  • Communicate with broadcasters and members of the press with approval from Head of Hospitality.
  • Manage and maintain guest relations systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Drive the team to uphold the maintenance of all facilities, promptly reporting any defective equipment to facilities maintenance for rectification.
  • Ensure the team upholds safety and security standards, monitoring for potential negligence that may jeopardize stakeholder safety and security.
  • Report all potential safety issues, threats, and relevant concerns promptly to ensure a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain databases for each activity & event to perform report analysis.
  • Generate and analyze guest relations reports, including booking trends, guest satisfaction scores, and revenue performance.
  • Update and inform Management of new trends periodically.
  • Cultivate good relationships with government agencies for events/collaborations.
  • Acquire member and guest satisfaction surveys and take appropriate actions to maximize satisfaction.
  • To perform any additional functions in other sections where appropriate or any task as directed by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
