Job Description:
Recruitment:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Collaborating with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including job postings, employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and social media campaigns, to attract and retain top talent.
- Create Employer branding for the Company as well as working with universities on fresh graduates & internship hiring.
- Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and advancements in the field.
Other Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in training matters as and when required.
- Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Possess at least 1 year of working experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in an internal recruitment role. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrate a positive working attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- High level of confidentially and professionalism.
