Duties and Responsibilities
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products, collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- To acquire thorough knowledge on the products that need to be marketed such as hotel room types, banquet facilities, in-house facilities, services available etc
- To assist coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping Department in handling of room reservations, customers' inquiries, requests and complaints
- To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Top Management from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Fast learner, passionate and team-work
- 1-2 years of working experience in hospitality industry or relevant industry
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
