Assist in content management and production across all social media networks for our brands.
Understand a brand's range of products in order to generate content and engage with its audience.
Cultivate a social presence and activate community groups and products through engaging and relevant content, aligned with its social media strategies.
Monitor conversations and consumer comments, and take appropriate action.
Review and provide appropriate value-added responses to consumer questions, complaints and concerns about products.

Requirement

Excellent writing and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Digital savvy and actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, etc.)
Knowledge in social media analytics tools, social app building tools
Good problem solving and project management skills
In tune with current digital / social media trends and possesses the knowledge to apply to brands social media strategies
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skills: Digital media, project management, client management, copywriting, creative, etc.
Minimum of 1 year working experience is required for this position
Must possess a valid driving license and own transport
Value added IF: Active or popular in social media o o Not camera fear / shy o o Short video editing skill ( Tiktok / Capcut / VidCut, etc )
Able to work under pressure, manage complexity and remaining results driven
