JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. To produce write-up/ copywriting for all related material (marketing collaterals, fact
sheet, sales kit, project brief & etc
2. To in-charge and ensure all roadshow/event setup arrangement is carried out as per superior’s instruction before the event start.
3. Responsible in develop of all A&P materials as well as keeping stock of its availability in line with the requirements for each project.
4. To conduct market studies to keep abreast with the market’s latest trend, consumer preferences and pricing benchmark & prepare study report.
5. To update daily property news & competitor advertisement (newspaper cutting & share information through digital channels).
6. To liaise with advertising agencies to develop appropriate marketing collaterals in line with the marketing concept of individual projects within the Group.
7. Responsible in ensuring that the show units of individual projects are completed in accordance with the standards and quality to exceed customer's expectations and to subsequently maintain it to the highest standards possible.
8. To source for suppliers and quotations.
9. To attend to feedback/ comments from purchasers during sales.
10. To prepare sales kit for the preparation of sales launch.
11. To handle overall Digital Marketing & Advertising.
