Key Responsibility:
1) Manage Sales Activity
- Ensure agent give commitment to achieve sales target
- Plan suitable sales activity for agent
- Support and guide agent in manage their daily activities
- Making changes or improvements to the sales activities being carried out
2) Handle Communication Management
- Checking, listing and distribute information regarding the marketing & sales campaign to agent
- Attending agent inquiries regarding marketing & sales campaign
- Having a meeting with agents to establish and allocate their monthly targets according to the activities planned
3) Manage Planning Purchase
- Analyse order request/ Consignment Note
- Check availability stock at warehouse
- Check availability stock at warehouse
4) Manage Inventory
- Prepare details of stock balance at client
- Update stock record manual as consignment tracking
5) Manage Agent Engagement
- Ensure that information related to the motivation program is communicated to agent
- Encourage agents to attend the organize motivation program
- Monitoring the after attending the program performance of agents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Marketing or a related field preferred
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as Sales Team Leader or related industry
- Effective communication skills
- Creative and possess problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to take initiatives and make quick decisions under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
