Calibration Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1) Planning on schedule for calibration jobs.

2) Planning and liaison with the equipment users to perform the calibration jobs as per schedule and datelines, and also other related discussion pertaining to the calibration matters.

3) Performing the calibration jobs, establishing calibration methods and carryout Measurement System Analysis ( MSA ) where applicable.

4) Maintaining the master standard reference equipment’s which are kept in the calibration lab.

5) Generating monthly performance indicators for calibration related matters.

6) Carrying out routine check on working record and feedback report to the superior on current problem and achievement and propose action plans to minimize or solve the problem.

7) Ensuring the establishment of Environment Management System (EMS) thru continual improvement, complying with legal requirement, and accountable by ensuring disclosure of environment information to our stakeholders.

8) Complying with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Act, as well as regulations, guidelines, codes of practices and other requirements related to OSH such as in SOP / OPL / procedure

9) Carrying out any other related job as directed by immediate superior or management and assist to identify any risk and eliminate workplace hazard

Job Qualifications

v Minimum Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic or Equivalent.

v Good communication, creative thinking and possess good negotiating skills.

v Must have basic awareness of Environmental Management System (EMS).

v Minimum (1) one year experience in a manufacturing field, good product knowledge and the ability in understanding the activities of a production assembly lines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
