JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Effectively maintain the production schedule by considering sales order requirements, material availability, and production capacity.
2. Develop and implement plans for packaging and raw material procurement according to the master production plan, ensuring a consistent and adequate supply of necessary materials.
3. Continuously evaluate and improve material planning processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
4. Track inventory levels of materials, ensuring accuracy in delivery schedules and purchases.
5. Coordinate with other departments to address PM timelines, schedule conflicts, and delays.
6. Prepare and submit status and performance reports as needed.
7. Minimize product changeovers and ensure material orders meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) levels.
8. Prevent production line stoppages by ensuring sufficient material availability.
9. Support new product introductions and phase-out projects by minimizing leftover materials and reducing write-offs.
10. Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve potential issues related to material scheduling, production planning, and deliveries.
11. Consistently execute improvement plans to meet departmental and company objectives and targets.
12. Generate purchase orders for packaging materials and trading products.
13. Plan production and trading products based on marketing forecasts and sales trends.
14. Handle purchasing-related tasks such as processing purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, managing invoices, and facilitating payments.
15. Monitor and execute inventory holding days and manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
16. Verify the quantity received by customers against the quantity delivered on Delivery Orders (DO).
17. Monitor incoming Transfer Orders (TOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely arrival before the required date.
18. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
19. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
1. Possess minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Warehouse Management or any equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience (2+ years) in the supervisory level in a manufacturing environment especially in FMCG industry.
3. Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
4. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
5. Able to work under fast pace working environment.
6. Can work independently, have team spirit.
7. Possess own transport.
BENEFITS :
- Basic salary range from RM2,500-RM3,300 based on experience.
- Meal Allowance RM100 per month

WORKING DAY & HOUR :
Monday - Friday & 8:30am - 5:30pm

Old Town White Coffee (Lot 896, Jalan Subang 10, Taman Perindustrian Subang, 47100 Subang Jaya, Selangor)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
