a. Assist Engineer/Executive, Shift Officer & Supervisor in carrying out day to day operation for preventive maintenance to repair all type of equipment, process field and utilities.
b. Provide any support to resolve all related issue in process field, utilities, and facilities in order to ensure all system are under well operation if needed.
c. To carry out troubleshooting task, services all machines and general maintenance repairing in accordance with the defect report and Maintenance Request Form (MRF) such as Electrical panel and Mechanical part.
d. To ensure all production lines and machinery system are running smoothly in good condition.
e. To continuously monitor and evaluate existing methods in process and equipment’s to determine process capability and undertake projects for process improvement.
f. To responsible checking all type of equipment and machines in process field for electrical system.
g. Be part of service team in monitoring and maintenance of machinery systems as per schedule and involve in any maintenance shutdown program activities.
h. To record all checklist provided accordingly and record all data for daily, weekly, and monthly process reading.
i. To initiate and voluntary troubleshooting and repair of all machineries and equipment breakdown when needed.
j. To work closely with the department to ensure meet production yield with minimum downtime record and meet acceptable department KPI.
k. Able to handle and lead the team on working at high pressure technical environment.
l. To keep track on machineries spare parts.
m. To maintain the cleanliness and 5S in maintenance workshop and any working area.
n. Report to superior if any difficulties in completing tasks.
o. Comply with all internal and external environmental, health & safety instructions, rules, and regulations.
Job Requirement :-
- Minimum 1 yaer working experience in relevant job scope.
- Minimum have SKM,Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent
- Atleast have PW2 and PW4 and encourage to apply.
- Process on hand-on knowledge in electrical, control and instrumentation and good technical skills.
- Able to work in heave and tough environment.
- Fresh graduate encourage to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
