  • To supervise the day to day operations of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Building Manager;
  • To supervise and maintain the operations of all mechanical and electrical installations;
  • To supervise all maintenance staff employed in the building;
  • To supervise the maintenance contractors appointed in the building;
  • To assist the Building Manager in the maintenance and management of the building;
  • To conduct daily inspection of the building and M&E installation and forward daily report to the Building Manager;
  • To carry out basic maintenance works within the building.
  • Plan and carry out Preventive Maintenance work on all related equipment and machinery.
  • Attend to equipment failures immediately, resolve problems and have equipment working with minimal downtime
  • Conduct inspections and testing of all electrical installations, panels, lift and facilities as per regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the maintenance, servicing, testing and calibration of the switchboards.
  • Test, check and troubleshoot generator sets.
  • Monitor facilities improvement and renovation works carried out by external contractors.
  • Liaise with TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, and other statutory bodies as required
  • Ensure all required licenses and/or permits pertaining to the installation and use of mechanical & electrical equipment and gas supply are obtained, updated and are valid at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
