Job Scope
- Support end to end recruitment
- Create and publish job opportunities in appropriate job boards
- Perform sourcing, resume screening and phone screening to candidates
- Evaluate the match between the candidates and the job opportunities - Requirements established by Hiring Managers
- Support in scheduling interviews & offering as well as onboarding
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
